Historical Group Activities
Ross Group Plc is a UK-based holding company that is Premium Listed on the Main Board of the London Stock Exchange (Ross Group Symbol:RGP).
Since a change in senior management in 2009, the Group has actively considered many proposals and opportunities from within various industries ranging from consumer electronics, mining, mineral resources, property, green energy, through to other specialist supply chain management services.

What is Supply Chain Management?
Supply chain management’s goal is to deliver goods and services in the most efficient way possible. It Requires sourcing raw materials, producing and sending final goods to customers by employing proper planning, controls, and execution.
Ross Group Plc will apply all of these methodologies to source premium quality Green Energy resources to end users. Ross Group Plc is also dedicated to working with environmentally sustainable products, collaborating with local communities, and creating a cost-efficient supply chain to optimize customer satisfaction.
Board Profiles
Barry Richard Pettitt
Chairman of the Board & Group Managing Director, 63, was appointed to the board in 2008 to become the Chairman & CEO of the Group. He was also a main board director of the Ross Group (formerly Ross Consumer Electronic plc) in 1988/89 and has more than 40 years experience in the consumer electronics industry and also successfully started several privately owned companies specializing in supply chain management services, resulting in the aacquisition of his flagship company, ISO International Ltd., in 2004, for HK$157 million to a Hong Kong Public Company. Mr. Pettitt has also been appointed to a number of high profile Public Company positions (in the capacities of President and Managing Director) and also is a founding partner in a specialist consulting company.
S C Mehta (Executive Director)
Shashi Mehta, aged 65, was appointed to the Board in 2009 having previously worked for the Group as Operations Manager of Ross Consumer Electronics during the 1980’s. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Manufacturing and has had a distinguished career in a variety of industrial and manufacturing trouble-shooting executive roles and brings a wealth of executive experience and expertise to the Group.
Roger Tamraz
Roger Tamraz, aged 82, was appointed to the Board in Dec 2020 as a Non-Executive Director. He is an international banker and venture capital investor who has had an active business career in banking, oil and gas spanning from Middle east to USA. Fluent English, French and Arabic. MBA holder from Harvard Business School, where his classmates included many future leaders in Western and international governments and businesses. He was Chairman of Kidder, Peabody & Co. Middle East. Owned and controlled banks in the Middle East and in the United States; Led the takeover, ran and re-built the largest bank in Lebanon, Intra Bank.
Marc d’Hombres
Marc d’Hombres, aged 76, was appointed to the board in Dec 2021 as a non-executive director. Marc is a Law and Economics graduate from Paris university and has in-depth experience managing Boutique investment banks and private equity funds. Well versed in the African markets and an expert in trade and project financing.
P M Fisher – Executive Director
P M Fisher, aged 68, was appointed to the board in February 2021. He was the joint Managing Director of Ross Consumer International Ltd., a subsidiary of Ross Group (formerly Ross Consumer Electronic Plc) in 1988/89 and has since maintained an excellent working relationship with its senior management for many years. He will oversee new business divisions and/or developments within the UK.
Steve Johanns – Director Designate
Steve, aged 54, is an Innovation Fellow at his alma mater Iowa State University where he developed and launched the Last Mile Project as new way to engage global Universities in entrepreneurial economic development in developing economies. He has over 25 years of experience in the areas of energy, infrastructure, and ‘last mile’ innovation in developing and developed markets. Projects have been in the areas of renewable energy as well as energy efficiency, EV infrastructure, microgrid projects and demonstrations. Over the last decade Steve has launched his own companies focused on bringing innovation, energy, infrastructure, and connectivity to the 2 billion people without access to basic electricity, internet, clean water, health services, and banking infrastructure in India and Sub-Saharan Africa,
